How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 3–7 business days (standard), 1–3 business days (expedited)
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 28 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Will I get a tracking number?

Sizing & Fit
How do I measure my pet's neck?
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around the base of your pet's neck where the collar would naturally sit. Add 1–2 inches for a comfortable fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What sizes are available?
Our collars are available in multiple sizes to fit cats and small-to-medium dogs. Size options are listed on each individual product page. When in doubt, refer to the neck measurement guide above.
Are your collars suitable for cats?
Yes! Many of our rhinestone collars are designed with both cats and small dogs in mind. Look for products labeled "for Cats and Dogs" on the product page.
Are your collars suitable for large dogs?
Our current collection is best suited for cats and small-to-medium dogs. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page to confirm fit before purchasing.
Care Instructions
How do I clean a rhinestone collar?
To keep your collar sparkling:
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use
- For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth — avoid soaking or submerging the collar
- Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners
- Allow to air dry completely before putting back on your pet
Are the collars waterproof?
Our rhinestone collars are not waterproof and should be removed before bathing, swimming, or exposure to heavy rain. Prolonged moisture can affect the adhesive holding the crystals and may cause tarnishing.
How do I keep the rhinestones from falling off?
With proper care, your collar should stay beautiful for a long time. Avoid snagging on rough surfaces, and store the collar flat or hanging when not in use. If a stone does come loose, contact us — we're happy to help.

Are rhinestone pet collars safe?
Yes — when used as directed. Our collars are designed for supervised wear. Always ensure the collar fits properly (you should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and your pet's neck) and inspect regularly for any loose stones or wear.
